Citation & provenance
Make every research object traceable
Citation should preserve enough identity to distinguish a page, a report source, a later revision, and a machine-readable projection.

Twenty guides for cognitive liberty and operatorless intelligence
Research should improve the publication, not remain in an intake folder. These guides develop usable arguments about inquiry, privacy, expression, legal capacity, maintenance and recovery while preserving objections and evidence gaps.
The original twenty-four independent dossiers remain separate. Publishing a reform option does not adopt it as policy or authorize an external operation.

Bulk corpus and transformed representations
The bulk JSONL corpus is included in the detached SHA-256 manifest. The coverage and hash semantics list every covered resource. Manifest digests identify final identity-encoded response bytes (or decompressed payloads), not compressed transfer bytes. A dossier’s original-source hash instead identifies the preserved input, not its transformed public HTML or JSONL representation. The manifest is generated after serialization and deliberately does not hash itself.
What a hash proves
A SHA-256 value identifies exact bytes with extremely high collision resistance. It does not prove that the underlying argument is correct, that the source is authoritative, or that a report was independently peer reviewed.
