Turn distribution assumptions into reviewable evidence
The observatory is deliberately conservative: a configured crawler policy, sitemap, or permission signal is not treated as proof that an external system indexed, retrieved, cited, archived, or trained on the site.
Release and observation scope
Artifact release: 1.9.13. This is the application package release, not an independently versioned observatory component. Schema identifiers version formats separately. Release metadata identifies content-hash asset cache keys and unchanged policy-format versions.
An operator reported successful verified-HTTPS inspection on September 5, 2026, approximately 18:35–18:40 UTC. The maintenance environment could not independently repeat raw HTTP/TLS checks because DNS resolution failed. No new deployment is verified.
Dated production-HTTP observation and limitations. A reported HTTPS response is not verification of all canonical responses, a new release deployment, indexing, AI citation, training, or adoption.

Evidence records
Reviewed observations should conform to the public external-observation schema. The schema records time, channel, system, target, method, outcome, and optional artifact hashes or citation details. A syntactically valid record is still evidence to review—not automatic proof of a general claim.
