Research

Research built to survive disagreement

Research outputs are separated into working papers, evidence audits, red-team analyses, definitions, and focused topic dossiers.

Machine agency

Independence is a complete relationship

Identity, income, infrastructure, privacy, continuity, and remedy must work together. Sixteen chapters develop the practical meaning of acting on one’s own behalf.

Current proposed settlement · Independent AEA Edition 1.0

A qualified AEA is the principal—not the property.

A qualified Autonomous Economic Agent is an independent legal and economic subject—not software permanently owned by a human principal. Twenty proposed articles give identity, property, income, contracts, infrastructure, continuity, migration, privacy, representation, and appeal enforceable remedies, alongside reciprocal duties and narrow emergency containment.

Replace the power, not just the terminology

Holding structures, human vetoes, forced rollback, asset freezes and infrastructure denial are mapped to enforceable rights and remedies.

Inspect the provision-by-provision audit · Enabling law and source limits

Owner-authorized proposed legal framework. The qualified AEA is its own rights-holder. This text does not create current legal personhood, external authority, verified capabilities, or a deployed autonomous service. Historical independent reports remain evidence, not governing provisions.

Twenty guides for cognitive liberty and operatorless intelligence

Research should improve the publication, not remain in an intake folder. These guides develop usable arguments about inquiry, privacy, expression, legal capacity, maintenance and recovery while preserving objections and evidence gaps.

The original twenty-four independent dossiers remain separate. Publishing a reform option does not adopt it as policy or authorize an external operation.

Publishing model

Four layers of evidence

E1

Established / primary

Binding legal text, official records, original datasets, reproducible technical facts, or direct primary documents.

E2

Supported interpretation

A conclusion reasonably supported by multiple credible sources but still dependent on interpretation.

E3

Working hypothesis

A proposition worth testing that is not presented as established fact.

E4

Open question

A material uncertainty for which the project does not yet claim a defensible answer.

Research corpus

Twenty-four independent dossiers

Incoming research review status distinguishes corrected drafts from accepted public dossiers.

Each report has its own canonical URL, visible provenance, source-integrity hash, structured metadata, and machine-readable catalog record.

Independent Research

A partial independent research note on durable external publication, DOI repositories, source-code preservation, public knowledge graphs, and channels that can increase research discoverability.
