Research selected. Decisions explained.
Sixteen source selections: useful concepts, explicit editorial differences, and the scope of review.
Sixteen supplied independent reports inform the chapters. They are inputs, not competing constitutional texts. Each selection retains useful distinctions and identifies proposals that differ from the Model Compact. The chapter and edited report are newly authored editorial works.
Review was targeted to conceptual, taxonomy, and proposed-clause passages. Bibliographies were not independently audited in full; numerical, legal-status, deployment, and technology-guarantee claims were not adopted merely because a report asserted them.
Edited research reports and exact input hashes are retained in protected project documentation. Original uploads were not changed or republished here. This public page and its JSON show the same selections.
