September 6, 2026. The current proposed settlement recognizes a qualified AEA as its own legal and economic principal, not property of a human sponsor. Read the twenty replacement articles, the source-located control-power audit, and the enabling-law schedule. The historical prototype remains preserved and is explicitly identified as superseded for the current proposal. This is owner-authorized normative drafting, not enacted law, a claim of present AEA recognition, or proof of an autonomous deployment.

1.9.5 — operatorless scope and consistent editorial projections

September 5, 2026. Current public pages were reviewed before this candidate was edited. Operatorless service operation is distinguished from unlimited authority and from human staffing; force-specific safeguards, affected-person protections, objections, and claim states remain intact. Concresca’s operatorless lifecycle is attributed to the project requester, separately from dated first-party readiness statements. The clarification is not an authorization for visitors or proof of deployment. The editorial page corpus is generated from visible pages and kept separate from unchanged independent dossiers.

1.9.4 — focused publishing and HTTP consistency fixes

September 5, 2026. Deterministic hash-authorized JSON-LD and body-derived weak validators replace rotating nonce/cache combinations. The final bulk corpus and dossier metadata are covered by the detached checksum manifest. Search remains available and noindex, outside the sitemap. Release identifiers and content-hash asset cache keys have explicit meanings. The operator’s reported HTTPS inspection is attributed; independent post-deployment verification remains a separate gate. Research and policy states are unchanged.

1.9.3 — cumulative research review and protected handoff

September 5, 2026. Local release; no live deployment is implied.

• Preserved sixteen returned reports and seven research-repair packages; eight separate corrected drafts remain pending editorial assessment.

• Distinguished legal-entity capacity, trust forms, human representation, vessel in rem procedure, and bespoke environmental personhood; none of these sources establishes AI personhood.
• Preserved the explicit historical-version and secondary-host limitations. The reviewed ledger now contains sixteen documents across five claims; the 1,137-source dossier graph remains unchanged.
• Fixed hidden before/after state labels and made document metadata, reviewed passages, reviewer attribution, and version limits visible on the review and claim pages.
